What's a “scenario”?
A scenario is one specific situation or issue you want advice about, plus reasonable follow-up about that same situation.
For example:
“I've been seeing someone for two months and he sent me this message. What does this mean and how should I respond?”
You can send me the context, screenshots and follow-up questions about that situation. Our conversation about it can continue for up to 48 hours after my first response.
A new or unrelated situation counts as a new scenario.
A Few Things to Know
Messages can be sent at any time, but TEXT EDEN is not an instant-response or 24/7 service. Initial responses are provided within 24 hours Monday–Friday.
Text coaching is for personal coaching and educational purposes and is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical or legal advice, or an emergency/crisis service.
By purchasing TEXT EDEN, you agree to the service terms and communication guidelines.
Communication & Conduct Policy
TEXT EDEN is intended to provide respectful, one-on-one coaching and advice within the scope of the service purchased.
By purchasing or using TEXT EDEN, you agree to communicate respectfully and to use the service only for its intended purpose.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or permanently terminate access to TEXT EDEN and/or block a client's number if the service is misused. This includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment, threats, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour directed toward me
Repeatedly contacting me outside the scope or limits of the service purchased
Excessive or unreasonable messaging that goes beyond reasonable use of the purchased scenario
Repeated attempts to bypass scenario, response-time, or other service boundaries
Sharing my private coaching number with another person or allowing someone else to use your purchased access
Using TEXT EDEN for emergencies, crisis support, or purposes outside the scope of coaching
Any behaviour that makes continued communication inappropriate, unsafe, or unreasonably disruptive
I reserve the right to stop responding and/or block further communication immediately in cases of serious misconduct, harassment, threats, safety concerns, or significant misuse of the service.
Termination of access due to a client's violation of these terms may occur without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing TEXT EDEN does not guarantee unlimited access, immediate responses, or communication outside the specific service and response parameters described at the time of purchase.
