Coaching Disclaimer

All services provided are coaching and educational in nature.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

If you require mental health, medical, or legal support, please seek a licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase coaching services.

Payments

  • All prices are listed in CAD.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • Payment plans, if offered, must be completed regardless of participation level

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of coaching:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds for completed or unused sessions

  • Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session credit.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, videos, podcast content, and materials — is the intellectual property of Eden Mitelman and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Confidentiality

While coaching conversations are treated with respect and discretion, coaching is not legally confidential like therapy.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website or coaching services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
