TEXT EDEN — Terms & Policies

By purchasing and using TEXT EDEN, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. What TEXT EDEN Is

TEXT EDEN is a personal coaching and advice service providing general guidance related to dating, relationships, breakups, intimacy, sex, communication, and related personal situations.

TEXT EDEN is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or an emergency or crisis service. Advice provided through TEXT EDEN is based on personal coaching, experience, and opinion. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, and wellbeing.

2. One-Time Text Advice

A One-Time Text Advice purchase includes one specific scenario and reasonable follow-up relating to that same scenario for up to 48 hours after my first response.

A new or unrelated situation may require an additional purchase.

3. Monthly Text Access

Monthly Text Access includes four separate scenarios per billing month.

Each scenario includes reasonable follow-up relating to that situation for up to 48 hours after my first response.

Unused scenarios expire at the end of the applicable billing month and do not roll over.

Your subscription will continue according to the billing terms presented at checkout until cancelled.

4. Response Times

You may send your message when convenient for you.

Initial responses are generally provided within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

TEXT EDEN does not provide guaranteed immediate responses, 24/7 availability, or emergency support. Response times may occasionally be affected by holidays, illness, technical issues, or other circumstances outside my reasonable control.

5. Reasonable Use & Communication

TEXT EDEN is intended for respectful, one-on-one coaching.

Purchasing the service does not provide unlimited access to me.

Excessive messaging, repeated messages demanding an immediate response, attempts to circumvent scenario limits, harassment, threats, abusive or inappropriate communication, or other unreasonable use of the service is prohibited.

I reserve the right to establish and enforce reasonable communication boundaries necessary to operate the service.

6. Termination & Blocking

I reserve the right to limit, suspend, discontinue, or permanently terminate a client's access to TEXT EDEN and/or block further communication when I reasonably determine that the service has been abused or misused.

This may include harassment, threats, abusive behaviour, excessive or unreasonable messaging, repeated violations of service boundaries, inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, or use of the service outside its intended purpose.

Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination of communication.

Access terminated because of a client's violation of these terms may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Private Coaching Number

The TEXT EDEN phone number provided after purchase is intended for paying clients only.

Please do not publish, distribute, sell, share, or provide the coaching number to another person.

Your purchase is for your individual use and may not be transferred to another person.

8. Screenshots & Third-Party Information

You may send screenshots or other relevant context when necessary to explain your situation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share information you provide through the service. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, or identifying information about yourself or another person.

9. Privacy

Information you send will be treated respectfully and used for the purpose of providing your coaching service.

However, text messaging and electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely private or secure. You should only send information you are comfortable communicating electronically.

10. Results & Personal Responsibility

No particular dating, relationship, personal, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Coaching recommendations are provided as guidance. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on that guidance and for the consequences of your decisions.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Because TEXT EDEN provides personalized access and advice, purchases may become non-refundable once the service has been accessed or personalized advice has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Monthly subscribers may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation options provided through the website or account. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, subject to applicable law.

12. Agreement

By purchasing TEXT EDEN, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Policies.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the service evolves.
